Questions
Will my site go down?
No. Your current host keeps serving the site until you switch the domain, and the copy is checked before you do.
What about email in transit?
After the switch we copy any messages that arrived at your old host in the meantime, so nothing is lost.
What can't you move?
Anything that isn't a standard website, database or mailbox (for example a custom server set-up) we look at first and quote for. Domains stay with your registrar.
Do I need to cancel my old host?
Yes, once you're happy with everything on our side. Check its notice period first.
