The problem
Cleaning audits were done on paper and scored differently by each auditor, so results couldn’t be compared, and failed items were rarely followed up.
What we built
- A phone app that walks the auditor room by room, with photos and voice notes
- Weighted scoring with critical items, so a score means the same thing everywhere
- Each fail goes to the cleaner as a fix, and a re-check closes it out
- Reports and trends by site, area and team
- Sector packs for offices, schools, hospitality, aged care, healthcare and more
