Refer a Friend Program Terms

Find your personal referral link and code under My profile → Referrals in the client area.

When someone who's new to PriceHQ signs up using your link or code and pays for a service, the referral is recorded as pending.

Once their first payment has been active for 30 days (not refunded, charged back or cancelled), the referral qualifies and you each get $20 account credit.

The friend must be a genuinely new customer: no previous PriceHQ account, and not you, your own business or another account you control.

One reward per new customer, and up to 20 rewards per referrer in any 12 months.

Don't share your link through spam, paid search ads on our brand name, or anywhere that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy or the law.

We may refuse, hold or reverse credit we reasonably believe was gained against these rules, and tell you why.

Credit is applied to your account balance and used automatically on future invoices for PriceHQ services.

Credit has no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged for money, and lapses if your account is closed.

We may change or end the program by updating this page. Credit already earned stays on your account, and referrals already pending are honoured under the terms that applied when the friend signed up.
