Accessibility Statement

Our aim to make our website and client area usable by everyone, and how to tell us about barriers.

We want everyone to be able to use our website, client area and webmail.

1. Our target

    We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
  2. 1.2
    We design for keyboard use, screen readers, readable colour contrast, text resizing and phone screens, and test new pages before they go live.

2. Known limitations

    Some third-party parts, such as the card payment form, chat window and spam check, are provided by other companies and may not fully meet our target. We choose providers with good accessibility and report problems to them.

    We'll reply within 2 business days, help you complete what you were doing another way, and fix the problem where we can.
