Website Design and Build Terms

We'll agree the scope after a short call and send a written quote with the price, what's included, the timeline and the payment stages. The project starts when you accept the quote and pay the first stage.

Package prices on our website design page are starting prices. Your quote sets the final price.

Anything not in the quote is extra. We'll quote changes to the scope before we start them.

Payments are made in the stages in your quote, usually a deposit to start, a payment on design approval and the balance before launch.

If you end the project early, you pay for work completed so far and we refund anything paid for work not yet started, as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

You provide your text, images, logos and other content, and confirm you have the right to use them. We can source licensed stock images if your quote includes it.

Timelines depend on getting content and approvals from you. If a project is paused for more than 30 days waiting on you, we may reschedule it.

Each package includes two rounds of changes to the design and to the built site. A round is one consolidated list of changes.

Further rounds, or changes that go beyond the agreed scope, are quoted before we start.

We launch the site on your PriceHQ hosting unless your quote says otherwise. Hosting is a separate service with its own billing.

After launch we fix any defects in what we built that you report within 30 days, at no charge.

Ongoing updates and maintenance are available as Site Care and Add-on Terms or under a separate quote.

Once you've paid in full, you own the finished website and the content we create for you, and we give you the logins you need.

Themes, plugins, fonts, stock images and other third-party components stay under their own licences. Where a component needs a paid licence, your quote says who pays for it.

We keep the right to reuse general tools, code patterns and know-how that aren't specific to your project, and to show the finished site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
